Job Description

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Leadership experience in Commercial Excellence, ideally within pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or FMCG organizations.
• Proven multi-market experience, supporting commercial excellence initiatives across multiple countries, preferably within Asia or APAC.
• Proven experience across key ComEx areas such as Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM, Business Intelligence & Analytics, and Commercial Operations.
• Solid understanding of sales performance management, including KPIs, territory design, target setting, incentives, and productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and commercial insights to improve execution while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and country leadership across different markets.
