Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the BU’s overall financial performance and P&L, partnering closely with the BU Head/MD on budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash flow, and strategic business decisions.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to Commercial and Operations, providing insights on pricing, product/channel mix, COGS, working capital, investments, and profitability while challenging assumptions and driving performance improvement.
• Lead BU controllership and operational finance, ensuring strong financial reporting and controls while partnering with Plant and Supply Chain teams on cost management, inventory, production performance, and operational efficiency.
