KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management (F&B preferred)
• Excellent organization, documentation, and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Basic understanding of ingredient shelf life, food safety, and perishability
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, order tracking systems, or POS-linked inventory platforms
• Trustworthy, with high attention to accuracy and follow-through
