Job Description

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 8 years of strong leadership experience in strategic procurement/purchasing, ideally within FMCG, food manufacturing, foodservice, or retail.
• Significant exposure to direct materials, particularly food ingredients, packaging, commodities, or other business-critical materials.
• Proven ability to develop category and sourcing strategies, negotiate major supplier contracts, and deliver cost and value improvements.
• Experience managing supplier performance, supply continuity, quality, risk, and procurement governance across a complex organization.
• Senior leadership capability with strong cross-functional and executive stakeholder management, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and senior management.
