Job Description

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven end-to-end experience in demand, supply, and production planning, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or a similarly complex environment.
  • Proven ability to lead S&OP/IBP processes, including forecasting, demand reviews, supply balancing, and inventory planning.
  • Experience managing planning across multiple SKUs, product categories, plants, markets, or distribution networks.
  • Strong understanding of inventory optimization, service levels, capacity constraints, and working capital.
  • Strategic but willing to be hands-on in execution and capability building, with experience developing planning processes, systems, and teams.
